Zumba Workouts

I'm looking for Zumba supporters. I just started classes at L.A. Fitness, loved it and ordered Zumba Fitness to use at home. High impact exercises are causing body aches. Need support to stay motivated.

    I love Zumba! I just do it at home and try to pop in a DVD at least twice a week. I sometimes have trouble getting motivated to start, too, but once I get going I always have fun with it.

    I'll go into a class and shake my booty once in awhile. Nice little calorie burn for someone like me (hate cardio).

    I love Zumba! I do it at least 3 times a week sometimes more, and for the days I work out at home and feel like dancing I ordered the dance fitness with Jessica DVDs.
    My knees will hurt sometimes due to an injury. I usually modify some of the moves so I'm not jumping sideways or jumping as much but once I get going I never regret it. Keep going!

    I love it. I haven't taken a class yet (chicken) but I have the DVDs
