who do you learn from YouTube?

About nutrition and great exercises ? I watch Chris Jones on physique of greatness and the Hodge twins. Any more recommendations ?

    Great choices so far. Jonny Candito is a good addition. Supertraining.tv (Mark Bell and/or Silent Mike) are excellent too and frequently have renown coaches and athletes as guests.

    Why not? Is squat technique different when you're on drugs versus natural?

    Yes, exactly, I watch the form they are using and pay attention to their diets, why not? I'll never look like Ed Coan but I can try to lift better than yesterday.
