So true! I always try to spend some completely narcissistic time in front of the mirror looking at my body. This is letting me track the little small changes to be proud of. No knee crease any more, That weird bit of droopy fat next to each knee is mostly gone, cellulite well on its way out the door. And I look for new things, tonight I've made note to watch my belly button become unshrouded from fat.
Every little change is a massive victory, be proud and learn to really love and appreciate this body you're working so hard to keep healthy and happy!0
