Hi there Runnerman47, From the looks of your name you must run? If so you should have no trouble getting the weight down. When I started with calorie deficit and walking I was losing. When I accidentally started running the weight really started coming off fast. There is a catch though, you must log every calorie you take in and be honest on what you guesstimate like when eating out. I don't log anymore but learned how to eat better and portion control. Get your running shoes on and go!0
