Breakfasts/snacks that travel well?

So I'm going to Disneyland this weekend for the Disneyland Half Marathon weekend, and I'm trying to minimize the amount of money I spend on food this weekend while also keeping it nutritional.

What foods pack well in suitcases/don't need refrigeration to keep for 3-4 days? I'm thinking of packing some english muffins, peanut butter and bananas for breakfast, but I'd like to know any other healthy breakfast options from frequent travelers!

We are flying to California, so it also needs to be airport security friendly.

Thanks!

Protein powder and get your milk there. Protein bars. Those oatmeal single serve packets. You can make hot water in most hotel/motel rooms. Nuts and hiker's mix. Frankly, hubby and I prefer hotels that offer a continental breakfast. A good continental can carry us for a good part of the day.

Fruits, especially bananas, do NOT travel well. I assume you aren't crossing any international borders? They don't want you bringing fruit.

Seeds, nuts, dried fruits, breakfast bars etc Or visit the local supermarket to pick up some breakfast in the morning, fresh bread, jams, sliced cooked meats, cheese etc and pack extra for the park.

Personally a fresh baguette stuffed with some jam and a banana tastes really yummy and is filling. Baguette with a slice of cooked meat and a thin layer of cheese and pickle is also good. Bring some cup a soup for cheap low calorie pick me up snacks, take a thermos and fill with hot water from your hotel kettle.

Bring bottled drinks with you instead of buying them in the park, if you like them, olives keeps well for a day out, and is a great healthy snack. Here we can buy them vacuum packed.

Rice cakes instead of bread or crisp breads, keeps forever.
