My calorie deficit - MFP Goal missing info

Hello,
One used to be able to see the calorie deficit that was created when looking at "Your Fitness Goals." My goal was always in the 450-500 calorie range, and I have had great success. I just like to know exactly what my deficit is. Right now I just see the total calorie goal without being able to see how much has been subtracted from my TDEE. Has anyone else noticed this? Is there any way to see this information again?
Thanks.

Assuming we're not talking about any extra calories earned through logging exercise, it would just depend on how fast you told MFP you want to lose weight.

2lbs per week = 1000 cal per day deficit
1lb per week= 500 cal per day deficit
0.5 lb per week =250 cal per day deficit.

They removed it when they updated the site for premium.

So as the other poster said you can add the deficit you select to your goal to get an approximate of your deficit.*
    or
You can temporarily switch your goal to maintain, write down the number, and switch back.

*I say approximate, because as you lose weight the deficit can shrink if you don't update your goal and if you are being given say 1200 calories, than there is a possibility that your deficit is smaller than what you selected for your goal.

That sucks. Is it available on premium, or gone for everyone?

I noticed this today and figured it was another "improvement". It's going to more annoying when I'm trying to decide if I've lost enough weight for my calorie goal to decrease.
