I'm marinading tuna steaks in olive oil and lemon juice with garlic. I know the fish will absorb some of the oil, but most of the marinade will be poured out. Should I measure what I pour out and add the difference to my diary? Is there a standard for counting calories from marinades that are discarded? I want to keep honest with myself. Any ideas? Thanks!

I honestly usually dont count it because the marinades I use are like 25-50 cals and there isnt that much that doesnt drain or cook off0

Not sure, but can I come over for dinner? That sounds awesome!
And yes, I'm really not sure, but I have heard people on here suggest that's one way to do it. The same would be true of cooking something in oil, for example.0
