This post was a few below yours in the forum. I don't have any particularly creative ideas, just the same stuff you would use ground beef for. Burgers, chili, tacos, etc.0 -
So many things, Turkey burgers are a big hit around here, I add kale, spinach, onion sometimes zucchini, cheese, mushrooms and sometimes bacon to the mixture that's it. Turkey meat loaf (google) Turkey cabbage rolls (google) Turkey chili, Turkey meat balls, Google is great for recipes.0

I make my own low sodium turkey Italian sausage. I make two different soup recipes with it. soupspiceeverythingnice.blogspot.com/2014/08/low-sodium-italian-sausage.html

I make a lot of variations of turkey burgers ~ my most recent favorite is Thanksgiving Turkey Burger:
1 20oz package ground turkey
1/4 package of DRY reduced sodium stuffing mix (you could always make your own stuffing mix too) ~ I crumble this up the best I can to make crumbs
1 egg
1tsp of poultry seasoning
Mix together, make 5 burgers of equal weight ~ cook!
Delicious served with butternut squash, cranberry sauce & potato0 -
You can serve it browned with rice, burger formed and slice it over spinach salad, or burger formed - cold, sliced and served burrito style in low carb wrap with salad...
93% lean...can't beat it!

My favorite way to eat ground turkey is to brown it up and add some salsa, rotel tomatoes, and black beans. So good, high protein and low calorie. I'll add some spinach, kale, brussels sprouts, etc. or avocado to it sometimes.0

Cook it up with some garlic and onion, some chili powder even. Throw it into a frittata with some tomatoes and top with cheese if you'd like.0

I am making turkey salsbury steak! It is my husbands favorite!0
