I take a daily vitamins and have replace a meal with protein shake a few times a week ,I am wondering if I should include work out supplements. I hit the gym 3 days a week( I don't lift very heavy) and speed walk or bike 5 days. Should I be adding more supplements to my daily routine. If so what supplements would help with over all health.

I personally don't think you need supplements. We tend to supplement far too often when you can most of your nutrition from real food. Ditch the supplements, eat real food (fresh veggies, fruits, lean meats, whole grains), and workout (start lifting heavy! Without lifting while in a deficit you will lose muscle).
