Step 1: September - On the road to Xmas

September here we are! Autumn is coming and I need to get back on track with my habits/body/mind
My plan: 1200 kcal a day (3 meal + 1 snack) + Gym 3/4 Times a week
I don't have a scheduled meal plan yet so I will try to build it meal by meal for the first week making healthier choices and not exceeding the kcal limit.. I will see how things go.

I would like to share this journey with others (exchanging doubts, tips, feelings etc in a no-judgemental way) so feel free to add me :)
