When is YOUR happy hour?

I once had an awesome trainer who developed this great motivational idea: happy hour.
The hour immediately following your workout - you've got all sorts of great feeling hormones and chemicals racing around in your brain/body. They make you feel great - especially happy. Happy it's over. Happy you did it. Happy you went.
So a phrase I say quite often is: "... it's my happy hour!..."
It's cute, it's a much better happy hour than one spent in some bar, and it always makes me smile.
So, America. I'm on my happy hour. I play roller derby and our practices are two hours twice a week. And nothing feels better than lounging on my couch after practice!
So, again I ask you: When is YOUR happy hour?

I go to a crossfit class every weekday at 5. All us regulars call it our "happy hour" as crazy as that sounds!0

My happy hour is usually between 10-11 am. I work out after breakfast & house cleaning. I always feel great earning my morning shower. That is also the time my babies are napping0

I'm done with my workouts usually around 6:30 PM, at least during the week. Then it truly IS happy hour, because my hubby already has my vodka drink poured and waiting for me. What a guy!0
