7 pounds to go

I have only 7 pounds to go, but they do not seem to want to budge. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get these last few pounds off. It is quite troublesome.

    The last 7 pounds are the slowest of all. You have to keep plugging away. Patience.

    Log every piece of food that goes in your mouth, weigh absolutely everything. Be super mindful and careful on the weekends.

    That is good advice.

    Also, maybe try weighing yourself every day and logging it with Happy Scale app or another weight tracker. That way you'll see a general trend.

    Another thought: You may actually be AT your goal but in a hormonal/DOMS fluctuation. I understand that one shouldn't have a set goal, but rather a goal RANGE of about 2-5 lbs, and anything within that is good.

    Last thought: Do you need to focus on body recomposition rather than scale weight?
