Too late to tone??

Just wondering if there is a point where our bodies won't tone up. Like too much excess skin, too much saggyness???? I'm a lil worried I've let myself go too far :/

It's always possible to work on your body composition, which I assume is what you mean by "tone up". The reason why we strength train in a deficit is to help preserve muscle mass (which we lose along with fat in a deficit). The end result at goal means more muscle, and a more "toned" look as opposed to what some people call skinny fat.

If you still have fat to lose you can start a strength training program to save muscle as you lose.
