Never give up! Love yourself enough to stick through with it.

I had a HUGE craving for Ice cream. So I decided to get me since #MooseTracks vanilla kind. *a pint by the way* and yes I ate it all! So I feel guilty? NOT ONE BIT, because I know That later on I will have to get in my gym and workout TWICE as hard to burn the calories! Lol Never give up on yourself because you had a "slip" Just DON'T always allow yourself TO SLIP .. And if you do, always make up for it in the gym. The secret to weight loss is burning more than you intake. And just because I had the ice cream doesn't mean that I'm fully off track or that I will allow myself to now start eating everything in sight, cookies, cakes, pizza etc... KNOW when to stop and how far to go. Never over indulge, never binge. And NEVER beat yourself up TO bad or give up because you slipped of track every now and then!
