it's just my face, but I also have one my dear friend insisted on taking when we reached the peak of a local "mountain" at the end of March; they're just face comparisons but still I finally see progress. I didn't realize I was so big at Christmas!! Anyway in the December picture I'm roughly 255, and in the June picture I'm 220.
