Losing weight without gallbladder

Had my gallbladder out in 2004 (so well over 10yrs ago). I have been on the rollercoaster of weight loss/gain for what feels like my whole life. I'd say more than gallbladder my biggest problem with losing is age. It gets harder the older you get.0

I had my out about 4-5 years ago. I was 330 then. I'm 284 today. I don't know that haven't it out has hurt me. I really don't feel a difference and I still eat whatever I like. Though we don't have many fried foods. I just eat less of what I've always eaten.0
