Low Carb Nachos

I love all mexican food, especially nachos and i crave tortilla chips like crazy!
Today i experiemented with crackerbread (which only has 4 carbs per slice!), low fat salsa and grated cheese, heated it up like usual and added some green salad on the side, and personally, i thought it was one of the most delicous low carb lunches i have had (made a change from my usual salad).

Ingredients:
3 Slices Ryvita Crackerbread
50g of Low fat Salsa
10g grated cheese

All i did was break up the crackerbread on a plate, pile on the salsa and grate some cheese over the top then baked it until the cheese was all melted and bubbly.

To make it even healthier i guess you could use low fat cheese as well. I used ordinary mature cheddar.
