Hi, I am 56 years old and weigh 243. A couple of years ago I lost about 50 lbs and have gained it back. So here I go again. I am a middle school librarian and hope to retire in 4 years. I want to be healthy and be able to enjoy my retirement. It is easy for me to lose control and eat what I want. Any encouragement is welcome. The best to you!
