Each day count a victory even if it small

I am challenging myself on this. I tend to look at what went wrong and focus on that. So each day I am going to post my victory of day
Yesterday on day one it was logging all food even the bad stuff and still stayed under my calories. Today, made better choices for breakfast, snack and my lunch. ☺
