just got my lab results back.....blood sugar is now below prediabetic range, cholesterol is all in normal range and blood pressure is excellent. All the result of improved diet and exercise and NO medication.

    Way to go! I just got my lab results back today as well! I haven't been in several years and my liver functions were always high. In fact, I've had a liver biopsy done in the past. Well now my liver functions are perfect!!!!

    Great job to both of you ba502 and jennpv on the lab results! It's so exciting to see. I still remember the day my dr looked at my lab result, threw up her hands, and said, "Keep doing what you're doing. Diabetes and insulin resistance are no longer issues for you."
