Hi, my name is Jeni and I've been using MyFitnessPal pretty regularly since the Spring. I started out at 196 on March 12, 2015. I'm now at 158 and my goal weight is 135. It's starting to feel a little bit closer these days. So far I'm enjoying MyFitnessPal. It's a great way for me to keep track of my calories. For weight loss, I've been doing the keto diet with intermittent fasting for 4 and 3 weeks respectively. I've lost eight pounds since I started! It's been a very steady loss. Before that, from May-August, I did the FedUp Challenge, which calls for no added sugars of any sort, but it's still a very high carb diet. I lost weight initially, but then the weight loss stalled. Anyway, I think I'm going to keep up with the keto lifestyle. So far so good, although it was bumpy the first several days. If you have any tips, please share!!
