being more active

I love being active and doing things already, but sometimes it can be hard when you weigh more. When its a day off it can be hard and easy, I'll usually go for a long walk and do a fitness video. I love hiking as well but most places aren't close by for me. I love the fresh air and being around nature. And then sometimes I come home from work and just too tired to do anything. I also am a super picky eater, how do I find healthy recipes that I like? No luck really so far.
