Look into bento boxes....great for portion control, and easy to carry.
Buy some avocados (they're usually on sale), some chicken, spinach, canned tuna, steak, quinoa, or some burger, I can think of about 20 recipes plus you can do with those. Also, grab some non-fat yogurt to use as a substitute if you're craving mayo.0 -

I dont know what type of food you like...
If you are into burgers..you can buy 90% lean meat. I found lite buns in Pathmark that are only 80 calories. My BF hates reduced calorie anything but he cant tell the difference with these buns. I even saw him eat them plain and dip them into tomato sauce. The burger with the bun, ketchup, and onions is only 270 calories.
You can buy peppers, onions, avocado, chicken, lettuce, and wraps to make wraps for about 200-250 calories depending on the wrap and what you put into it. You can do a southwest wrap and add beans and salsa and still come in around 250. You can add whichever type of dressing and sauce to change the flavor of it.0 -

I was actually thinking about wraps but I was thinking about just with like lunch meat and cheese. I often forget that not all healthy food is plain there are other ways to make it enjoyable.0
