hey there I'm Naomi. 27 years old and atleast 80 pounds over weight. I work two jobs, six days a week, and both jobs require me on my feet all day. Teacher and waitress. By the time I get home I'm wiped out that I am not motivated enough to sign up for a gym. I enjoy walking and really want to get into running. Easy quick healthy meal and exercise tips are appreciated! Good luck to all

Eat what you normally eat but just eat less and walking is good for fitness but not necessary. A lifting routine, if you could manage, would be good too!!

Another tip, get a food scale and weigh everything solid.0

You sound like you are doing a lot of activity at work. If you want to walk/run go for it, but don't worry if it's hard to get in a routine. Focus on eating a calorie deficit, very consistently. You don't have to exercise to lose weight, it just helps. Good luck.0

totally off of the subject but it really makes me sad when I see another teacher who has to work two jobs to just make ends meet, I assume.0

Thanks everyone! Not sure if there is a way to reply to a single persons comment or not. Didn't see an option. Queenliz how do I know how much everything is supposed to way? And idrosophila, tell me about it! I had three jobs and one just closed down. But two is still unfortunate.0

Hey Naomi, as former waitress I can tell you that is enough exercise in itself to help lose weight if you watch what you eat also.ldrosophila wrote: »totally off of the subject but it really makes me sad when I see another teacher who has to work two jobs to just make ends meet, I assume.
Yup! People who put in the time to go to college and educate our children are treated like the bottom of the food chain. It really is sad and needs to change.0
