Need beach snack ideas

The good news is that I'll be spending a few days in Atlantic City with my mom in July! The bad news is that I am still a few pounds off my goal weight and can't indulge in my usual shelf-stable beach snacks, like spray cheese and crackers (so bad and so good!)

I'm flying in, but my mom will be driving so she can shop. What suggestions do you have for healthy beach snacks that don't need refrigeration?

Thanks!

Beef Jerky, Peanut Butter, nuts, fruit (I know this seems like a strange one, but fruits are better I think at room temp).

Can you take a cooler or thermal tote?

If so, string cheese, yogurt and fruit would be good choices. Laughing cow cheese wedges and crackers too. Hummus and veggies to dip are delicious.

With no cooler, you could still take bananas, crackers and peanut butter, apples, pretzels, nuts, and jerky are all good choices.

fruit, nuts, popcorn, beef jerky, cheese (assuming you have a cooler), hummus and veggie sticks, lara bars/granola bars, lots of water.

    Have fun!
