I have hypothyroidism. I am 28yrs old. I am from Florida, but live in Brisbane, Australia. When I was 15yrs I went from 140lbs to 210lbs. Lost a lot of it. At 18-21 I was up and down from 158lbs-165lbs. At 24 I had my first baby and from there just over eating all kinds of junk and my weight went up til now. I have been on MFP for about 17 days, I think. My goal is to look good naked. So, I don't really have a set weight goal. I'm eating at a calorie deficit and exercise from 20min to 30 min 3 days a week. All on my exercise bike.
I started with 10 min first, then slowly when up to 12-15min. 10 min in the morning and 10 min around the evening. My goal is to get a whole 40 min straight. With 3 young children, I will just have to do with 20min at a time.
Those of you curious on exercise bike routine. I watch Adrian Bryant 40 min bike exercise. I started with his 10 min one fisrt. I'll weigh myself on the 22nd of Sept. See how I did.
