Calorie intake

I'm new to my journey and I am doing very good at healthier eating habits! Although I've noticed my calorie intake is lower than what it should be... Would that hinder me from losing weight faster? Am I not taking in enough to loose weight?

    More information would help, age, height, weight, goal, activity level, exercise, calorie intake, calorie goal as per MFP, if you are using a scale to weigh solids and cups for liquids.

    If you are eating under MFP recommendations it won't affect your weight loss; but it may affect your health.
