Ate less and that did it!

I am of Bangladeshi heritage living in the UK. I weighed 65.2kg and of slim build but had a very pot belly where all my fat was. Past 5 weeks I stopped all sugary fizzy drinks and no crisps and ate 1800 calories a day and am now 62.5 kg which I haven't been for over 15 years. Ramadan helped me moderate my eating behaviour apart from the normal spiritual aspect of course.
