Anyone know if this app can adapt to night shift? I don't have normal b, l, dinner times..
Any help would be great!0 -
I just use it as is when I work a 12 hour night. I place snack in the evening for what I eat from 1900-2400. I enter the rest till 0700 as breakfast. If I wake up mid day and have a snack, I add that in as lunch. When I wake up to eat prior to work it is dinner. The reality is if you are tracking all is well. Your entries will just look different as most of your calories lay.0

What I eat before I go to work on my night shift is breakfast. What I eat during work in the middle of the night are lunch, dinner, and snacks.0

I did away with BLDS times all together. I use 3 blocks: 12a-8a, 8a-3p, 3p-12a.0

I just log my breakfast lunch and dinner at whatever time I happen to eat them. On work days, breakfast is 5 pm, lunch at midnight etc. On my days off, I log them at the regular times. I've been doing it that way for three years and it works fine.0
