Baby steps to start

Hi all, I am obvious new here today. I have a few health issues which require me to take dreaded steroids. for the first six months on them, I put the 10 kg back on I had lost then and extra 13 or so on top. So I have a goal ( and my drs too) for me to get down 20 kg for a start. I have been cutting down my steroids dose so the constant hunger has died down, now it is will power I need. I got my garmin vivosmart today to monitor everything and keep me a bit more motivated too hopefully. I have to take it relatively easy on exercise as my lungs are not the best and am on O2 all the time, but willing to give it a go :-) cheers
