Hello all I need some breakfast ideas.. I eat oatmeal every morning.. I have a busy morning schedule so I need some healthy and fast..

    What other foods do you like.


    I tend to do a P28 protein bagel and peanut butter or an omelet. But overall, health is determined by your whole diet, not just one meal.

    I used to eat Kashi go lean protein cereal (2 servings) with milk. Loved the taste.

    I make mini egg frittata muffins in advance that I can pop in the microwave for 30 secs. Sometimes, when I'm in a REAL rush, I'll even eat them COLD they are so yummy. :yum:

    Do you like eggs? You can hard boil a dozen at a time and eat throughout the week. Whole fruit is another good option if you're looking for something you can just grab on the go.

    I like cottage cheese with fresh fruit. My usual breakfast though is a green smoothie with baby spinach, whey protein powder, 1/2 a banana and coconut/almond milk. I have gotten pretty quick at throwing it together and blending it up.
