Needsome competition!

hey, have started tracking my weight loss, but need some competitive motivation. Feel free to add me!

    What kind of competition? One based on the scale might not work well because everybody's body is so different. But I'm competitive by nature and love a good challenge! Currently some of my MFP friends and I are doing a plank challenge. We're adding 5 seconds a day Monday-Saturday and resting on Sunday. We've lost 2 so far. There are three of us left. We're up to holding plank for 45 seconds (elbows and toes). I find that having friends who log and comment regularly is really motivating for my competitive personality. In most cases we're not competing against each other, but rather encouraging each other to compete against ourselves.
