Vibration plates to tone up??

Hi
I have a vibration plate at home, i have not used it much, even when it was new.. Are they any good? I have about 12lbs left to lose and am working on toning up atm

Are you lifting them? Otherwise, no...0 -
I just looked these up. I can see burning a calorie or two extra if you are doing squats while it is shaking. I mean, You'd have to engage your stabilizer muscles more to counteract the shaking. So, I'm positive they do something... Mostly drain your wallet and possibly give you brain damage, but anything for a few extra calories.0
