Day 3

Am thinking if I journal each day it will help. Yesterday's small victory was I didn't sit in front of TV all evening. I stayed up and moving. Not "working out" but definitely working!

    I need to do that. I sit down for ages when I am home in the evening and moan that I don't have time to do the washing up... :o

    I use to sit ALL day long. Not anymore...I am standing at my kitchen counter listening to music and logging my food. I try to stay on my feet all day. I side step when standing in place and I have just learned that it drives a few people nuts.
