Help with workout plan

Good morning MFP's and thank you in advance for any assistance you might be able to offer. I am on the last level of 30DS and I want to start a new routine when I finish. Due to my school schedule the last month I have been very limited on time, hence the 30DS, I could complete it when I got home each evening. My schedule will be changing after next week and I will have evenings available to work out. My goal is to be swimsuit (bikini) ready for my cruise in December so I have roughly 5 months to accomplish this. Would anyone be willing to help me make up a work-out schedule? I am willing to work hard as well as everyday. Once again your assistance in this is greatly appreciated. The options available to me are the following:


Access to school rec center, brand new state of the art center with free weights, machines, indoor track, outdoor track, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and various work out classes. Free as I am student at the university.

Zumba (which I love) classes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. $5 per class (money is a little tight right now, :cry: )

Walk neighborhood, 1.4 miles. Free

Access to various workout videos. Free


FYI, I have been maintaining a 1,200 (some days eat back calories) calories a day and have done the 30DS everyday for the last 24 days (on level 3, day 4). I currently weigh 181.5 and I am 6', my goal weight is 145.

Edit: I have bad knees so cycling, running, and stairs are a no no for me, but any exercises to help build the muscle around my knees are a plus.
