Cost of Fad Diets

Someone close to me just posted on FB that their Grocery Bill (for 2) for the past month was only $191 because of the new diet that they started and how that is a third of the normal Grocery Bill.

So, doing the math would mean that their normal monthly bill (for 2) is $573.

She neglected to mention (inadvertently?) that the cost of the prepackaged food she is getting is the mail is $350 per month (each). Doesn't that make the real cost of groceries $891 or $318 over normal budget.
