Look at some low carb lifestyle websites like Atkins. There are lots of celic and gluten-free sites, too. You're bound to find lots of great ideas there along with the nutritional information.

I use emeals for paleo meal plan. Great recipes when the kids like it something is good. (Two teenagers who are loving the meals) Plus I love having a shopping list so I only buy what I need not more so grocery bill lower as well. I usually eat leftovers for lunch and green smoothie or veggie filled frittatas for breakfast.

Elana's Pantry website has some good gf recipes. My kids and I love her breakfast bar recipe, it's easy and filling for a different breakfast. If you focus on cooking whole foods and not processed, it makes gf easier. I've even made gravy w corn starch, you just need a good quality bone broth, instead of a stock, flavor is better. Most gf flour substitutes aren't great when it comes to bread, so just avoid those.
