Anyone know the Rosemary Conley portion pots in grams?

I know the measurements in millilitres, but not grams! Though I do know the yellow one is 115g. If anyone could just tell me it would be great! Google is no help on this one lol. Need to be able to weigh the more solid foods (e.g. boiled potatoes) accurately so I can log them on here. Thanks in advance!

You can't convert milliliters to grams...one is a unit of volume, the other is a unit of mass. It would completely depend on what you put in them.
Your question would be akin to asking how much does someone who is 1.5 meters tall weigh?0
