What are some stress relief things that you all do? I've been doing yoga for a good stretch but after leaving the class I felt so calm and it was beautiful. I want that feeling but I can't always make it to class on time with two kids in tow. Drinking is fun but it's calories I would have to reserve and again I have kids, so I have to be clear minded 99% of the time. Please any advice. I've been so stressed this week. I tend to eat worse when I'm stressed but thankfully I've been doing well.

I mostly use wine and/or a walk in the forest, but if I need to quickly de-stress breathing techniques are very helpful to me.

Breathing exercises, meditation, yoga (at home), bubble bath, running, autumn/winter hiking, reading...

I recently found a breathing technique I really liked. It helps me at bit with acute anxiety and when trying to get to sleep. You take a deep breath and count up 1 on the exhale. Keep taking deep breaths until you reach 5, then start over at 1. If you forget what # you're on, start over at 1. It's so simple, but it really relaxes me. I do it as a precursor to meditation now to help settle my mind.
