How do you organize your meals?

Hey guys,

Right now I have Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and 3 snacks but my sleep schedule throws everything off. iv0MSJl.png

Do you have any suggestions for better organization for a night owl?

    I have breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, activity energy. I don't, however, have all of these every day.

    Those are my categories.

    I don't use categories. I only eat when I'm hungry so the traditional categories don't work for me.

    My sleep schedule is all over the place so I just have 24 hours available and split my calories across the times when I'm awake.

    I have one category, midnight-midnight.
