starting from scratch

hi im here starting over. you cant reset your data om mfp so i just created whole new one. ive lost about 25 pounds but im starting anew at this current weight of 164. ive been bouncing from 164 to 158 for about 4 months now and ive been trying to jump start more weight loss with no luck. but i will not get discouraged it took me 10 months to lose 25 pounds so im patient :) but i really want to get to my goal of 145 which is not aggressive at all for my height. so here i am starting fresh :)

    Watch your calorie intake and do a lot of cardio. This is how I drop weight quick...when you wake in the morning drink a good cup of coffee about 20-30min later go do about 30min of cardio and do this every other day and remember after your done eat less carbs and more lean protein and through out the day less carbs and you'll drop weight quick
