What to snack on keeping carbs low and gluten free

I'm on a 50g protien allowance per day
I'm gluten free
No cow dairy
And low gi
trying to stay at. 60g carbs per day
I cook with coconut oil eat nuts

Advice please on what I could snack on

    50g protein allowance - is that the max? I was going to say boiled eggs until I saw that....

    16.7% protein, 20% carbs and 63.3% fat?

    Nuts, avocado, olives, deli meats, hard boiled eggs, leftovers, seafood (from a can), veggies with dip or salad dressing, sunflower seeds.

    Yeah, how do you stay both low carb and low protein? It sounds like fats are all that's left.

    Yeah that's the max I was very high protien and I'm not to well so I need to keep it low at the min

    Yeah my fat is very high but with nuts and coconut oil and such like
    I'm struggling keeping carbs down though this is why I'm asking x

    carrots dipped in unsalted,no-sugar peanutbutter! In moderation. But the combination of crunchy carrots and Pb is yummm and healthy

    I'll second that! Macadamia nuts. Low carb and protein. And high fat, which is what you need.
