What to snack on keeping carbs low and gluten free

I'm on a 50g protien allowance per day
I'm gluten free
No cow dairy
And low gi
trying to stay at. 60g carbs per day
I cook with coconut oil eat nuts
Advice please on what I could snack on

Nuts, avocado, olives, deli meats, hard boiled eggs, leftovers, seafood (from a can), veggies with dip or salad dressing, sunflower seeds.0

Yeah, how do you stay both low carb and low protein? It sounds like fats are all that's left.

Yeah that's the max I was very high protien and I'm not to well so I need to keep it low at the min0 -
