I recently spoke to someone in the gym who said that they wanted to loose weight but they hated their excersize. They wanted to loose weight fast and were doing 6 days a week on the treadmill. After speaking to them about their lifestyle and interests, I found out that they used to be a star basketball player. I found him an amazing basketball team and now, one year later he's lost all the weight he wanted to loose and is they head of that basketball team. Remember, do the things you love and be happy while excersizing. Treat yo self ✌
