Found out about My Fitness Pal from health program I am in. Sponsored by YMCA, Park Nicollet Med Centers and Center for Disease Control. It's 16 weeks of weekly meetings. Then monthly for the rest of the year. It's great. Like being in school I'm learning a LOT about food and exercise and the interaction w/the body. Works for me. The best is the tracking. Simple tracking: first, just fats. Then adding calories. The exercise. I'm only 8 weeks into the program. It's for anyone showing possible flags for pre-diabetes. Obviously, I'm over weight.
