I have been running at least 4 days a week for the last 5 months and have lost about 10 pounds. I know that my food choices are making this process go a lot slower than I'd like. Need to lose at least 40 more and looking for other busy Moms to motivate and keep me accountable.

    Congratulations on the 10lb loss, that's fantastic. It sounds like you enjoy your running which is brilliant :)

    I'm not a busy mum but I wish you the best of luck in your journey. Make small changes to your diet for optimal results, you'll be amazed. The tracker is an amazing tool - it's certainly taught me a lot about food!
