Blessings everyone, allow me to introduce myself, my name is Trovie and I am up for the challenge. I started my workout and eating more healthy. On July 10, 2015, my weight was 306.4 pds. Today September 3, 2015 I weigh 287.2 pds. I never had any health problems still don't (thank God)! My total weight loss I'm trying to achieve is to be a 185.0 pds by July 10, 2016 ... I'm going to make it!
