original Turbo Fire schedule

I've been looking for the calendar that came with my Turbo Fire back in 2013 I have 6cds with fire starter, stretch 10, and abs 10. Do anyone know where I can get this schedule from that have those 3 classes on it or if you have it please share it aveanejiles@gmail.com? TIA
I'm like when did they come out with all this extra... I'm so out of the loop (tone, core, lean, etc).
