I have a Fitbit one. I love it too. I have not linked it with MFP. I was doing my own personal experiment. I have kept a spread sheet. I started using the Fitbit on July 1, 2015 and two months later I find it very accurate. Using MFP to calculate my calories in as accurately as possible and using the Fitbit to calculate my TDEE, or calories out, has predicted my weight loss with over 90% accuracy. It has not changed my rate of loss, but it lets me eat at a calorie deficit that I have complete confidence will result in weight loss.0
