Breast cancer patient need help loosing weight

Hello. Im a 3 year survivor of breast cancer. Im on hormone hibiters. And having a hard time to loose weight. Anyone out there with the same thing. Any hints.

Hi Linda,
Welcome to the boards and congratulations on being a strong and inspirational woman
Firstly (and most importantly) don't push yourself. Your body has been through trauma and you need to listen to what it's telling you. By all means, introduce yourself to healthier habits and move more if possible but remember to go easy and don't deprive. Second of all, calculate your TDEE and calorie allowance - http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ and thirdly, remember - a treat every once in a while is fine!
