anyone here have a pacemaker or heart problems?

hey everyone! when I was 17 I had a permanent pacemaker implanted into my chest because I have a third degree heart block... I'm 21 now and I was just curious if anyone else on here deals with heart related issues or has a pacemaker... if so what are your restrictions when it comes to exercising, if you have any... I've never been the athletic type, but I just joined my local gym to start working out and I'm not too sure what I can and can't do... any advice would be great! thanks! :)

    @elphie754 I know my basic restrictions I just wanted to see if anyone else deals with what I deal with.
